Applicants for higher education of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in an intellectual battle on the occasion of the 209th anniversary of Taras Hryhorovych Shevchenko's birthday. The organizers were the youth policy department of Vinnytsia City Council together with Vinnytsia Youth Council.
