The lecturers of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty No. 3 of KhNUIA, police major Mykhailo Inshekov and police major Bohdan Lukin, visited the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in one of the medical institutions of Khmelnytskyi region. Servicemen are being treated after a concussion received during a combat mission in eastern Ukraine.
First- and second-year cadets of Faculties No. 2 and No. 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs continue their volunteer activity - they participate in weaving camouflage nets for units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
On the eve of St. Mykolai Day, leading specialist Hanna Mititiel, head of the club Andrii Lebedenko, deputy head of the student-cadet Parliament Al Khatatneh Meya and representatives of the 1st year cadet self-government of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs visited wounded servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in one of the local medical institutions.
As part of the career orientation work, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of the State and Law, Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Stanislav Ivanov, held a meeting with Oksana Kuryliv, Deputy Director on Educational Work of Lyceum No. 18, Ivano-Frankivsk.
On the occasion of St. Mykolai Day, volunteers - students of the 1st year of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Mariia Kolbas, Anastasiia Chala, Vlada Barabash, Maia Martynenko, Viktoriia Sirenko, Iryna Tomchenko helped the Charity Fund "Mirror of Good" in weaving winter camouflage nets.
The professor of the Department of Police Activity and Public Administration of the Faculty No. 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor Vitalii Pchelin, and Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Support of the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Colonel Eduard Poltavskyi, held a binary class for cadets on the academic discipline "Fundamentals of Military Legislation".
The issues of war and peace are the most significant for Ukraine today, because the future of our country as an independent state depends on their solution. The meeting of the student scientific circle of the Department of Humanities "VERITAS" on the topic "In Search of Lifelong Peace" was devoted to consideration of these issues.
The minister, together with the university's management, inspected the material and technical base, visited the canteen, talked with the staff, young people, and inspected the cadet dormitories. Also, he visited the shelters where cadets and university staff stay during an air threat.
On the occasion of the commemoration day in Ukraine of the participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident at Chernobyl nuclear power plant, an online video lecture was organized and conducted for KhNUIA applicants for higher education.
Every year on December 14, Ukraine celebrates the Day of Commemoration of the liquidators of the consequences of the accident at Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant - people who, at the cost of their lives and health, were able to overcome the terrible tragedy of the 20th century, which happened on April 26, 1986.
