An interactive scientific online quest on gender equality issues was held based on ''EU policy traffic
light: gender, rights, migration and digitalization'' (GeRiMiD) Erasmus+ program project framework
under the direction of Jean Monnet in KhNUIA Kremenchuk Flight College (KFC).
Scientific component introduction, popularization of women and men rights equality, searching ways
of preventing and overcoming discrimination, violence and gender culture formation among educational applicants was the purpose of event.
Quest tasks were developed by using modern online software technologies, platforms. They covered
thematic areas of science. One of them is the history of KhNUIA Kremenchuk Flight College
becoming: from the women's gymnasium, flight school to KhNUIA Branch. Another part is equality of rights and opportunities in professional activity detection, prevention and overcoming of stereotypes and discrimination in various spheres of people's life (music, literature, cartoons, etc.). The Istanbul Convention and other legal framework defining violence as a violation of human rights and a form of discrimination and offering systematic and controlled strategies to eradicate these phenomena were also covered.
All participants of the quest united by a common goal under equal conditions showed knowledge, great erudition, creative approach and perseverance in solving tasks.
Team of Daria Behma, Ilona Zahorulko, Karina Matviiets won the first place;
Second place took a team of Daryna Babych and Darya Dziuba;
Mykhailo Kyryliuk, Valeriia Savchenko, Kyrylo Tkachov team is at the third one.
The assistant to the rector of KhNUIA on Gender Issues, the leader of the GeRiMiD module, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Oksana Tsukan and Responsible for Gender Issues of Kremenchuk Flight College, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Maryna Petchenko, organized the event. Department of Organization of Scientific work and Gender Issues representative: Candidate of Technical Sciences Vadym Orel, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Iryna Skachkova and inspector Yana Tretiak.
