Within the framework of the planned activities of the interactive clinicians' club of Sumy branch of KhNUIA, a regular thematic Workshop "Changes in the field of military registration and mobilization" was held. The students-consultants of the Legal Clinic of KhNUIA "Pravova Dopomoga" in Sumy discussed topical issues together with the participants of the event.

Nadiia Chepelieva, a lecturer at the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the Faculty № 6 of KhNUIA, held a career guidance meeting among the participants of the PSS Avalyst Lviv-Adults event as part of the Protection Ukraine psychological project. She drew attention to the opportunity to obtain a new interesting and necessary specialty in Psychology.

Stanislav Ivanov, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty No. 1, held a regular meeting of the scientific club. The participants discussed topical issues related to Russia's large-scale aggression against Ukraine and changes in the international security system. Students of Faculties 2 and 3 made presentations on the causes of the Russian-Ukrainian war and its impact on the transformation of international security.

The head of the student-cadet Parliament of Sumy branch of KhNUIA Victoriia Yarova and first-year cadet Vitalii Politov, together with representatives of the Youth Council at Sumy City Council, took part in a training organized by the coordinators of the United Nations Development Program.

Natalia Pavlenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines, and Pavlo Mitrukhov, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Investigative Activities and Crime Solution of the Faculty № 2, Police Major, conducted a binary class on "Using the Laws of Logic in Legal Activities" for the cadets of the Faculty № 2.

Yana Ponomarenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the Faculty № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, took part in a round table dedicated to the All-Ukrainian Day of Psychologist. The event was organized and held by the Association of Psychologists of Higher Education of Ukraine to unite the efforts of the professional community of psychologists working in higher education institutions.

Olena Stativka, Head of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA, associate professors of the same department Oleh Honcharuk, Valentyna Kochyna, Valentyna Pochuieva, senior lecturers Artem Bilousov and Larysa Sazanova took part in the international online webinar "A Teachers' Guide to: Safe and Ethical AI Usage for Learners".

Representatives of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the Faculty № 6 took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Psychology of the City and the City: Prospectus and Retrospectus", organized by O.M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv .

Associate Professors of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA Liudmyla Parfentii, Svitlana Vyhaniailo and Volodymyr Dementov took part in the virtual mobility program "Best EU-Ukraine practices for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals 2024" within the project of the Jean Monnet module "Transparency. Accountability. Responsibility. Governance. Europe. Trust. Sustainability", funded by the Erasmus+ program.

Oleksandr Avdieiev, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty No. 1, took the course. He learned how to apply theoretical knowledge in practice in teaching and research. The purpose of the course is to provide an understanding of how to develop a culture of academic integrity, regardless of the subject and direction of teaching.
