Mykhailo Kuryk, a 29-year-old resident of Bukovyna, successfully passed the exam at the Territorial Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kamianets-Podilskyi and received a driver's license. According to him, he had been dreaming about it since he was 18 years old. In practice, he was unable to do so due to the lack of a specialized vehicle at the driving school in his hometown, as he has a birth defect. https://univd.edu.ua/uk/news/19081
