Ihor Shelkoshveiev, senior lecturer of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the ERI No. 5, gave a lecture to psychologists of penitentiary institutions of Ukraine on the topic "Deviant Behavior in the Discourse of Sociological Knowledge."
