Viktoriia HAVRYLIUK, third-year student of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5, joined the IX International Multidisciplinary Student Scientific Conference "Modernization and Contemporary Ukrainian and World Scientific Research" online, which took place in Zhytomyr.
She presented the abstracts of a scientific study on the topic "On the collection of evidence during the investigation of war crimes", prepared under the scientific guidance of Olena SOLOVIOVA, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Forensics and Expertology of the ERI No. 5.
In her work, the student revealed modern approaches to the collection and recording of evidence, and also covered in detail the peculiarities of the activities of investigators, operational officers, experts and specialists during martial law, including the organization of their interaction, the use of the latest technology, methods of recording traces of crimes and overcoming the challenges associated with working in martial law. https://univd.edu.ua/uk/news/25700
