An online event dedicated to the Day of Defenders of Ukraine was held for freshmen at the ERI No. 5 with the participation of servicemen who defend the state's borders in Kharkiv direction. The director of the institute Oksana Brusakova congratulated everyone on the holiday and emphasized the importance of honoring the courage and bravery of Ukrainian defenders.

The regular meeting was held with the participation of a representative of the public organization “Youth Organization of Emerging Leaders”, associate professor of the Department of Organization of Educational and Scientific Training (Doctoral and Postgraduate Studies) Daniil Zinchenko. He spoke about the activities of the youth organization and familiarized the audience with its charter.

A class on the topic “Legislation of Ukraine and Germany: Comparative Characteristics” was held for students by lawyer Veronika Popova and senior lecturer of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI №5 Iryna Antol.

Volodymyr Ivantsov, Head of the Postgraduate (Adjunct) and Doctoral Studies Department, and Daniil Zinchenko, an adjunct of the same department, took a course on Data Visualization on the Prometheus platform. The course covered the key aspects of modern approaches to data processing and presentation.

The events were held at the State Police College of Latvia on the topic “The use of digital tools in police response - an innovative approach to improving public safety”. KhNUIA was represented by the First Vice-Rector Viktor Vasylenko, Head of the International Cooperation Department Tetiana Matiushkova, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminalistics and Forensics of the ERI №5 Svitlana Lozova and Associate Professor of the Department of Tactical and Special Training of the ERI №2 Tykhin Shevchenko.

For bachelor students, a lesson on “State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs” was conducted by Serhii Strilets, Head of the ASC of Borivsky Village Council, State Registrar, and Iryna Siadrysta and Alina Chorna, professors of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security.

The head of the scientific club, Associate Professor of the Department of Language Training of KhNUIA, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Valentyna Kochyna held the first meeting of the scientific club for higher education students of the ERI №№ 1-5. She emphasized the importance of research work of cadets and students, participation in scientific conferences, seminars, forums, etc.

The class was conducted by Volodymyr Sokolan, Head of the temporary detention facility No. 4 of the Main Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi region, and Hennadii Hlobenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation of the ERI No. 1. The students learned about the delivery of detainees and the procedure for conducting procedural actions.

National-patriotic informational and educational talks on the occasion of the Day of Defenders of Ukraine were held by curators of the educational work of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work of KhNUIA. They talked with the cadets of the ERI №№ 1-4 about the history of the holiday, about modern heroes - courageous, devoted defenders of the territorial integrity of our country, true patriots.
