Student of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5 Daniil Oliinyk took part in the VI International Scientific Conference "Theory of Modernization in the Context of Modern World Science", which was held in Ivano-Frankivsk.The student presented the abstracts of the scientific report on the topic "On the problems of regulating the administrative and legal status of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine" (supervisor – Professor of the Department of Law Enforcement Volodymyr Marchenko). The study analyzes the current problems of regulatory and legal support of the administrative and legal status of the NABU in the context of modernization of public administration and implementation of the state's anti-corruption policy.
