On January 24, 2025 at 11.00 a.m., the 3rd semester begins within the Jean Monnet Module «Dear members of the Jean Monnet Module «Digital transformation of rights: learning from the EU» (DiTraRi_EU 101127785), which is implemented by the Department of Civil, Labor and Economic Law of the Educational and Research Institute No.1 of 

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, intended for higher education seekers, lecturers and scientists, police officers, practicing lawyers, as well as everyone interested in European studies and the impact of digitalization on human rights.

The second semester involves studying the following aspects of digital rights transformation:

- participation in the digital public space in the EU;

- freedom of choice in a fair and innovative digital space in the EU;

- sustainable development as a principle of digital transformation in the EU;

- digitalisation of justice in the EU.
