A monograph “Criminal defiance in Europe and beyond: From organised crime to crime-terror nexus” has been published in the Netherlands with the participation of representatives from the Research Laboratory on Crime Enforcement of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

It is a regular joint monograph in a series of annual publications based on the results of Cross-border Crime Colloquium. The last colloquium took place in Utrecht City (the Netherlands) last year. The colloquium takes place annually at the new university of Europe. The previous event had been conducted at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs that has contributed significantly to the promotion of international relations between Ukrainian and foreign scientists.
According to the results of the colloquium, which had been conducted in Kharkiv, a collection has been published in Eleven International Publishing together with Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
