The relevance of the webinars is determined by the demand of teachers of professional pre university education for new, atypical, proactive and creative approaches to the organization of the educational process. This is possible only in the context of quality leadership training in a professional pre university education institution in the context of their reform. This approach involves the use of teachers such leadership approaches and methods to organize the educational process of applicants for professional pre university education, which will ensure the maximum effectiveness of their training. As a result, the teachers should be familiar with the basic leadership principles of building and developing the educational environment of educational institutions in different variations.

The acquired knowledge will be applied by the teacher in the educational process of the college.
