Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the Faculty № 6 Oleksandr Kukharev and Poltava District Court Judge of Poltava region, teacher of the National School of Judges in Ukraine Stella Tsibizova conducted a binary lesson for students in the subject "Inheritance Law" on "Inheritance under will".

During the lesson the following issues were considered: the will concept and its legal nature; the form of the will, the order of the will certificate; the content of the will; mandatory share in the inheritance.
Judge Stella Tsibizova spoke about the procedure and peculiarities of resolving disputes over invalidation of wills by courts. At the end of the class, the judge answered numerous questions from students and gave advice on how to prepare for a successful career.
