Binary lesson on the subject “Police activity” was organized and held by Olha Bakaieva, Lecturer at the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs with the participation of Oleksii Sybilov, a Judge of a Specialized Board on consideration of criminal cases and administrative offenses cases of Zarichnyi District Court of Sumy City. The topic of the lesson was “Registration of materials of particular administrative offenses”.

Oleksii Valeriiovych told the second-year cadets about the role of the judicial form of administrative offenses proceedings, as the most important guarantees of implementation and protection of citizens’ rights and interests, which involved in the sphere of the administrative process, paid attention to the peculiarities of public law cases on the imposition of administrative penalty, shared his own experience and gave practical advice on drawing up a protocol on certain types of administrative offenses.

The cadets received competent and reasonable answers to questions, which arose during the discussion.
