Faculty No.6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs continues to use in the educational process lectures by the invited speaker Oleksandr Poliakov, the Chief of Staff of the Commercial Court of the Kharkiv region. His work experience will be useful for lecturers and students of the Faculty No.6.

The judicial system of Ukraine requires the implementation of the latest technologies. The Procedural Codes and the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges” provide for the establishment of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System (UJITS). This is a complex system, which is designed to ensure the use of electronic document control in courts, judicial authorities, relevant executive authorities. Most importantly, this system can be used by all trial process participants.

At the moment, a technical task is being created regarding the functionality of the system, the most active lawyers are taking part in the discussion and offering their vision of electronic justice.

During the lecture, both theoretical material and the opportunity to get acquainted with the direct work in the Electronic Cabinet will be available.

The online lecture on “The implementation of information technology in the judicial system. Electronic court” will take place on November 18 at 12.00 on the Google Meet platform.
