
Victoria Kolesnyk, a third-year cadet of the Faculty № 1, who is a member of the School of Scientific Leadership, together with representatives of the Union of Search Detachments of Ukraine took part in the first archeological excavations in Balakliia district of Kharkiv region.

Iryna Maisun, a lecturer at the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, successfully completed an eight-week course "Introduction to International Criminal Law" from Case Western Reserve University. The course was taught by one of the world's leading experts in this field - Michael Scharf.

Recently, a student of our university Stanislav Alboshchii, who is a third-year student majoring in “Law Enforcement”, was diagnosed with cancer. He is currently being treated at a medical facility in Kharkiv. This is a difficult, long and financially costly period. Stanislav's parents and relatives, his grandfather – a specialist of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty № 3 Mykola Yehorovych Zeviakin – asking all of us for help.

Christmas is one of the greatest holidays celebrated by all Christian churches. Jesus Christ was born on this day in Bethlehem from the Virgin Mary. The main attributes of the holiday are Christmas songs, poems and carols glorifying the birth of Christ.

On the eve of the New Year and Christmas holidays, cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs sang the world-famous "Shchedryk" by Ukrainian composer Mykola Leontovych. In the concert hall of Kharkiv Regional Philharmonic, the composition known to everyone from childhood sounds especially festively and sublimely.

The Scientific Library of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs presents the book exhibition "Petro Mohyla in the Spiritual History of Ukraine" dedicated to the 425th anniversary of the birth of Petro Mohyla - Ukrainian political, ecclesiastical and educational figure, Metropolitan of Kyiv and Halychyna, who was named "Exarch of Constantinople Throne".

Vocal ensemble ''Wings'' of Kremenchuk Flight College of KhNUIA led by Tetiana Bulat took part in the IV International festival-competition ''Talents of Ukraine''. The group worthily presented the college and won the highest award - the Grand Prix.

By the decision of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance dated December 21, 2021 (Protocol No. 20), the educational and professional program of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education "Law enforcement (police)" in specialty 262 "Law enforcement" of Sumy branch of KhNUIA was accredited.
