“The Women's Financial Security Marathon” has begun within the framework of the Global Action “16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence” on the initiative of PO “Age of Opportunities” in partnership with Gender Culture Center. The marathon was attended by the education applicants of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs cadets Anastasiia Danylenko, Yeva Teslenko, Inna Frolova and students Maryna Haidar and Yevheniia Kovalenko.

The speaker of the event was Liliana Semeniuta (Kharkiv), Head of PO “Age of Opportunities”, Financial Consultant, Business Trainer, Expert on Talent Monetization, Founder of the Forum “NovaYa” and the Center of Online Professions. The participants were familiarized with the "Women's Marathon" program and its uniqueness. The speaker also focused participants’ attention on topical issues of women's financial literacy.
During the 16-day marathon, which will last until December 10, participants will have the opportunity to get skills in self-help and prevention of economic violence;
practical recommendations for strengthening the financial position; help in identifying their strengths and self-realization; energy and inspiration for the first
step towards financial stability; to understand the spectrum of gender problematic both in Ukraine and around the whole world.
