While studying at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, future investigators improve their knowledge of the specialty and English. Larysa Sazanova, a Senior Lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty No.1, held a meeting of the scientific circle for fourth-year cadets of the Faculty No.1 on the topic “Pre-trial investigation: foreign experience”.

During the discussion, the following issues were raised: pre-trial investigation and its terms, the beginning and grounds for closing the criminal proceedings, gathering evidence, their investigation, evaluation and verification. The speeches of the lecturer and cadets were accompanied by a multimedia presentation and demonstration of videos.
