Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Proceedings of the Faculty № 6 Ella Vakulovych conducted an online seminar on the subject "Civil Procedure" with the students studying on the basis of educational qualification level "junior specialist". The seminar, in which the students answered theoretical questions and solved problems, was devoted to the topics "Order proceedings" and "Separate proceedings". Independent work in the form of test tasks was also carried out. Students took an active part in the discussion and showed interest in the practical application of civil procedural law. At the end of the seminar, the work of each student was summarized and the tasks for the next lesson were announced.
