The event called "Saint Andrew's Eve", which took place at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs for three days, has been completed. Vice-rector of the University Anatolii Klochko on behalf of the rector Valerii Sokurenko, thanked the participants of the event - public associations, volunteers who introduced the ancient Ukrainian and military traditions, customs, Cossack life, as well as employees of the Department of Youth and Sports of Kharkiv Regional State Administration. He noted that such events help Ukrainians preserve their national identity and educate young people as true patriots of the Ukrainian land. For his significant contribution to the military-patriotic upbringing of the youth, Anatolii Klochko presented Thanks to the head of the public organization, the chief ataman of the Sichoslav Cossacks of Zaporizhia, general-osavul Hryhorii Savenko and kobzar-perebend Vitalii Moroz.

Ataman of the Sichoslav Cossacks of Zaporizhia Hryhorii Savenko noted the great interest of young people in Ukrainian history and the role of the Cossacks in it in particular, and stressed that cooperation with the university will continue. There are many interesting ideas and plans.

The event ended with a joint performance of the National Anthem of Ukraine and volleys of Cossack guns.
