As part of the educational process, Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs organized and held an online thematic event dedicated to the 82nd anniversary of Sumy Region, “Sumy Region is 82 years old”. It was attended by the staff of Taras Shevchenko Sumy Municipal Library.
Viktoriia Makarenko, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Police Activity and Public Administration of the Faculty No. 3, took a training course on the Leed CEPOL platform on the topic: “How to organize and implement CEPOL online courses” and raised her qualification in various fields of study.
Despite quarantine measures, introduced in Ukraine, associated with overcoming the epidemic of coronaviral disease, the representatives of the Faculty No. 4 (cyberpolice) of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs continue to support the work of a chat-bot “StopDrugs”, developed by them. One of the modern ways to counter drug crime is to block the e-mail addresses of Internet messengers that drug traffickers use in their illegal activities. An important indicator is the number of complaints received by the Internet Messenger Administration from its Users.
Yana Kolomoiets and Valerii Chyrva, the second-year master students of the Faculty No. 6 by specialty “Law” took part in the All-Ukrainian Virtual Scientific and Practical Conference “Law, Society, State: Current Problems of the Present”.
The library of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs received as a gift a publication authored by the Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov. The book “2014. Moments of Kharkiv Spring”, presented to the public, is dedicated to the events that took place in Kharkiv and the Kharkiv Regional State Administration on the night of April 7-8 of the alarming 2014.
