Curators and consultants of the Legal Clinic of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the master class on “Drawing up a Statement of Claim in accordance with the requirements of the CPC of Ukraine: Practical Recommendations”. The master class was conducted by Dmytro Tymoshenko. During the event, the speaker told about the requirements of the current legislation regarding the conclusion of a statement of claim and demonstrated practical examples of drawing up a statement of claim. He stressed the importance of the ability to correctly and competently draw up such documents since the success of the trial largely depends on it. The information obtained during the master class will be used in the provision of free legal assistance by the consultants of the Legal Clinic.
