Students of Faculty No.6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in an online training on “Protection of the rights and freedoms of vulnerable groups by the National Police of Ukraine”, which was held under the auspices of the Council of Europe.

Chapter II of the Constitution of Ukraine of 1996 enshrined human and citizens' rights, freedoms and duties, which met the standards of the declaration and other international legal acts. The provisions of the Declaration have become the norms of direct action for modern domestic legislation.

On December 10, 1948, the United Nations adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The Declaration also states that all people have equal rights that do not depend on their race, gender, language, religion, etc. The document on human rights, which became the first experience of collective development, was based on all the developments of human thought.
