Representatives of the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Ukrainian Studies of Faculty № 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took an online course "Academic Integrity at the University" with the help of the project "VUM on-line".

The purpose is to convey to the university community the importance of academic integrity and the consequences of non-compliance with its postulates. After all, academic integrity means that in the process of research, teachers and scientists use the principles of honest work, which is an integral part of the new academic culture in Ukrainian higher education institutions.

The following topics:  "What is academic integrity?", "What is plagiarism?", "How to avoid plagiarism (academic writing)?" were considered during the course.

The acquired knowledge will help to raise the professional level and will be applied in scientific and pedagogical activities.

Certificates were received as a result of participation in the distance course.
