Nataliia Rastorhuieva, a 4th year cadet of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, was awarded the Kharkiv Mayor Scholarship “Obdarovanist” (“Giftedness”) for children and youth in the 2020/2021 academic year for high achievements in science, art, sports and public life.
Nataliia Rastorhuieva takes an active part in the work of the Scientific Society of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and the scientific circle of cadets of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty No. 1, she was the winner of the All-Ukrainian competition of scientific works of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine majoring in “Theory and History of State and Law, History of Political and Legal Doctrines, Philosophy of Law”, International competition of public speaking skills. Nataliia is a participant in international scientific-practical conferences and legal forums, she has more than 30 publications and scientific papers. The scientific supervisor of the cadet is a Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty No. 1, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Yulia Zahumenna.
The scholarship was introduced to support gifted youth, create conditions for the education of intellectual and creative elite of the city and encourage children and youth for the achievement of high results in education, physical culture and sports, creative achievements in research, literature and art.
The names of those who were awarded the Kharkiv Mayor Scholarship “Obdarovanist” (“Giftedness”) were entered in the city book “Gifted youth 2020/2021 school year”.
