Oleksii Yurko, a lecturer of the cycle commission of aviation and radio-electronic equipment, and Dmytro Kukharenko, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Electronic Devices of Kremenchuk National University named after Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi, conducted a binary lesson in the discipline "Industrial Electronics and Microcircuits" on the topic "Combined transistors, thyristors, integrated microcircuits" for 2nd-year cadets of the specialty "Electric Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Electromechanics".
The cadets got acquainted with the peculiarities of the structure of specialized field-effect transistors and thyristors. Features of checking the efficiency of transistor devices with the help of measuring devices were demonstrated and modeling of the phase regulator operation in the software simulator of electronic circuits was shown.
In the end, Associate Professor Dmytro Kukharenko answered numerous questions from cadets.
