As part of the Shevchenko`s Week, psychology students together with Nataliia Kobylko, a senior lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities of faculty № 6, visited the university library, where they viewed the book-illustrative exhibition "We will glorify the living Shevchenko`s name before the world." The exhibition presented poetic, dramatic, and prose works of the Great Kobzar, literary explorations that reveal the facets of the artist's talent as a master of words and brushes, journalistic and critical articles on Shevchenko's philosophical views and his public activities. Students got acquainted in detail with the periods of Taras Hryhorovych's life (serfdom, arrest, exile, studies at the Academy of Arts, stay in Ukraine), the most common images and protagonists of the collection "Kobzar", viewed his paintings and self-portraits.
