Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty № 1 Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine Oleksiy Lytvynov together with Doctor of Law, Associate Professor, Prosecutor of Kharkiv Region (2014-2019), State Counselor of Justice 2nd class Yuriy Danylchenko conducted a practical lesson with of the discipline "Actual problems of criminal law" for Master's students.

During the lesson, the problematic issues of qualification of certain types of criminal offenses, peculiarities of reforming criminal justice bodies, updating of criminal and criminal procedural legislation were discussed.

The discussion took place in conditions of considerable interest, friendliness, constructive dialogue of future law enforcement officers with experienced researchers and practitioners.

At the end of the class, Yuriy Bronislavovych willingly answered questions from the audience about the peculiarities of his practical activities, including the prevention of terrorist threats, the cessation of separatism, and other encroachments on the constitutional order of Ukraine, and promised to continue discussing current issues of law enforcement theory and practice.
