Rustam Abrashytov, Head of International Relations and Interuniversity Activities Department of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took an online advanced training course “Social Capital”.

During the course, the following issues were considered: what is social capital; why in the modern world it is considered a valuable resource that cannot be exhausted but can be created; how creative energy and interaction between community members turn into successful and interesting events; bringing tangible and intangible benefits to the community.

Particular attention was paid to the issue of how to create a model of effective interaction community - government - business and start developing social and cultural projects in your city/village/settlement today without additional investment and changes in legislation.

Upon successful completion of the training, the head of the department of international relations and interuniversity work received a certificate. The acquired knowledge will be used in further work.
