Associate Professor of the Department of Civil and Legal Disciplines of KhNUIA Oleksandr Shyshka, together with a lawyer Dmytro Tymoshenko held a binary class on "Civil Law" discipline for second-year cadets, faculty number 1, studying in the specialty 081 "Law".

Problematic issues of accessibility of justice and legal aid, the participation of a representative in a civil case were considered. Together with the lawyers, the cadets discussed the most common categories of disputes arising from civil legal relations that appear from contracts, which involve the transition of property to temporary possession and use.
