Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted an Open Day with the help of the ZOOM platform. The event was attended by First Vice-Rector of the University, Police Colonel Dmytro Shvets, Assistant to the Rector Viktor Slysh, Deputy Executive Secretary of the Admissions Committee Maryna Davydova, Deans of all faculties and their deputies. 70 Locations from Volyn, Rivne, Ternopil, and Kharkiv regions were connected to the meeting. The online meeting was also attended by representatives of the sectors of organization of selection and certification of police departments of human resources Ilona Burkovska MDNP in Volyn region, Yuliia Velychko MDNP in Rivne region, and Vira Moteliuk MDNP in Ternopil region.

The participants of the meeting described the terms of entry and training of specialists for the units of the National Police, answered numerous questions of representatives of the selection and certification of staffing police officers. The high school students and their parents were interested in the terms of admission to Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in 2021, employment prospects after graduation.

Representatives of the University gave comprehensive answers to all questions. Completing the meeting, Dmytro Shvets wished for the future entrants of success in independent exams and successful entrance to KhNUIA.
