The meeting of the student-cadet scientific circle "Veritas" of the Department of Humanitarian Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA was held on the topic "Specifics of deformations of legal consciousness". The meeting was online in the form of a round table with the participation of cadets and students of Sumy Branch, the scientific leader, Associate Professor of the Department Tetiana Herashchenko, Professor of the Department Valentyny Vasylenko, Associate Professor Tetiana Bilous, and a practical employee of the Department of Patrol Police of Sumy Сity, Senior Police Sergeant Ihor Illiashenko.

The moderator of the meeting Tetiana Herashchenko proposed to consider a whole range of issues related to the specifics of legal consciousness, its manifestations, and social deformations. Informative and interesting reports prepared by the participants of the roundtable, there were Anna Martynenko "Deformation of the legal consciousness as the factors of unlawful behavior of the person", Yevhen Trofymenko "The causes of deformations of legal consciousness", Yuliia Havriushchenko "Features of deformations of legal consciousness", Vladyslav Zabila "Types of deformations of legal consciousness", Yeva Teslenko "Deformation of legal consciousness the national police officers."

At the meeting, a lively discussion of key issues of defined issues took place. Ihor Illiashenko described the praxeological aspects of the deformation of social legal consciousness in Ukraine. Valentyna Vasylenko focused on communicative, and Tetiana Bilous - on the psychological features of deformation of legal consciousness.

Participants of the round table have come to a common thought of the need to continue scientific research of this topic in view of its multicast.
