Awards were presented to the participants of the championship of Kharkiv Regional Organization of Physical and Sports Society “Dynamo” of Ukraine in sambo wrestling on the program of complex competitions "Spartakiada-2021" during the morning line-up of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs personnel.

According to the results of the competition, the cadets of the University team won the following places:

in the weight category up to 58 kgs:

II place – the second-year cadet of Faculty No. 3 private of the police Viacheslav Tsvietkov;

in the weight category up to 64 kgs:

ІІІ place – the third-year cadet of Faculty No. 1 corporal of police Yehor Reva;

III place – the second-year cadet of Faculty No. 2 private of police Stepan Kirokosian;

in the weight category up to 71 kgs:

I place – the first-year cadet of Faculty No. 2 private of police Vasyl Sydor;

II place – the first-year cadet of Faculty No. 2 private of police Mykola Sydor;

in the weight category up to 79 kgs:

ІІІ place – the first-year cadet of Faculty No. 4 private of police Bohdan Korobeinikov;

in the weight category up to 88 kgs:

II place – the second-year cadet of the Faculty No. 1 private of police Illia Petrakov;

in the weight category 98 kgs:

III place – the fourth-year cadet of Faculty No. 2 private of police Ruslan Nikitiuk.

The team of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took second place in the team competition.

Rector of the University, Police General of the 3-rd Rank Valerii Sokurenko congratulated the athletes on their victories and presented them with awards. He wished the winners inspiration and new success in sports and education. Vice-Rectors of the University Serhii Bortnyk, Mykhailo Burdin, Leonid Mohilevskyi, Anatolii Klochko, deans of faculties attended the event.
