Nataliia Yelnikova, a senior lecturer at the Department of Ukrainian Studies at Faculty № 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, received a certificate from the course on the topic “Intelligent Listening, or the Art of Listening” held at the VUM civic education platform.

Listening is a fundamental basis of communication, while the inability to listen is the main reason for ineffective communication and misunderstandings. This course made it possible to analyze the evolution of the concept of listening, helped to reveal the phenomenon of listening, and focused on the preservation and development of the ability to listen.

The acquired knowledge and practical advice will be useful during practical classes in the Ukrainian language for professional purposes.
