Associate Professor of Socio-Economic Disciplines, Sumy Branch, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Svitlana Vyhaniailo took part in the Ukraine-wide scientific-methodical seminar "Personal security in the digital environment: legal, psychological and technological aspects", which took place on the basis of State Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kyiv with the help of the ZOOM platform.
The event was moderated by Volodymyr Kryvolapchuk, the First Deputy Director of the State Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine and Liubov Protsyk, Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of the SRI of the MIA of Ukraine, Researcher of the Research Laboratory of Psychological Support of the State Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Candidate of Psychological Sciences.
During the seminar, the following topics were discussed: "Topical issues of combating cybercrime in Ukraine", "Culture of cybersecurity for everyone", "Fear as a brand of political manipulation in the information environment", "Current challenges and threats to the safety of minors in information space" and others. Oleksii Rvachov, a senior lecturer at the Department of Information Processing Technology and Cybersecurity at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, made a report entitled “Educational Measures to Ensure Personal Security in the Digital Environment: The Experience of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs”.
