Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs trained permanent and variable personnel of structural units of the university, which have special police ranks, on actions to enter (announce) the signal "Training Alarm".

The Vice-Rector of the University Serhii Bortnyk checked the actions of the daily guard when entering the "Training Alarm" alert, practicing the actions of the duty unit, checkpoints guards and patrols when repelling an attack by outsiders on the checkpoint and preventing their entry into the university.
