Rustam Abrashytov, Head of the Department of International Relations and Interuniversity Activity of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, participated in the People and Projects Management online advance training course and obtained a certificate.

The purpose of the event was to help administrators master basic management skills that will help them achieve significant results, get promoted faster, create a good team climate and make effective decisions.

During the event, the participants learned about planning management, the roles of a head, technology for setting tasks, monitoring in terms of the team communication, feedback rules, psychotypes of people, staff adaptation, and individual interviews as the best tool of non-financial motivation, staff motivation types, project cycle, methods of project planning and control.

The course contained many useful and innovative tools that can be used in the professional activity process.
