Representatives of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Olena Tsymbalistova, head of the Economics and Management Department, Candidate of Economic Sciences, and Oleksandr Sumets, Professor, Doctor of Economics, took part in the interuniversity scientific and practical online seminar Prospects of Development of the Health Care Training Paradigm. The seminar was organized by the Department of Management and Administration of the National University of Pharmacy (Kharkiv).

The seminar dealt with the issues related to the use of educational management tools in modern healthcare employee training. Problems of the practical aspect of the distance learning process organization in institutions of higher education were raised.

Within the framework of the seminar topic mentioned above, Oleksandr Sumets presented the report on the topic Modern Models of Healthcare Staff Professional Competencies Development.
