Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted an online All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference "Problems of Modern Policeistics". The conference was opened by the Rector of the University, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine Valerii Sokurenko. The Rector greeted the conference participants and wished everyone fruitful and productive work.

Anton Syzonenko, First Deputy Director of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, joined the online discussion.

The scientific meeting was attended by the President of the Criminological Association of Ukraine, Academician of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine Oleksandr Bandurka, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor and Honored Lawyer of Ukraine Serhii Husarov.

Journalist, TV presenter, master's student of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Andrii Danilevych made a report remotely.

The conference was also attended by the First Vice-Rector of the University, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine Dmytro Shvets, Vice-Rector of the University, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Serhii Bortnyk, Vice-Rector of the University, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor Anatolii Klochko.

Dean of the Faculty No. 1, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine Oleksandr Muzychuk, Head of the Department of Police Activity and Public Administration of the Faculty No. 3, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Honored Science and Technology Figure of Ukraine Olha Bezpalova, Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the Faculty No. 1, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Honored Science and Technology Figure of Ukraine Anatolii Komziuk, Head of the Department of Law-Enforcement Activity and Policeistics of the Faculty No. 6, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Professor Iryna Panova, Professor of the Department of Law-Enforcement Activity and Policeistics of the Faculty No. 6, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor Olena Syniavska delivered the reports.

During the online event, current issues of the formation and development of modern policeistics, scientific and legal foundations and features of training and activities of employees of the National Police of Ukraine and related law enforcement agencies were discussed.

The event was held in compliance with all quarantine requirements.
