Dear scientists! I sincerely congratulate our friendly team of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on Science Day!

This is truly our holiday, because every day in the walls of our law enforcement university, along with teaching and educational work, fruitful activities are carried out in the scientific field.

Writing scientific articles for national and international scientific journals, developing new methods and approaches, preparing adjuncts, graduate, and doctoral students, organizing and holding authoritative conferences, round tables, etc. are just the top of our common scientific achievements.

And I am extremely pleased to note that such developments do not remain in the theoretical context, but are successfully implemented in practice by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Starting the reform of the law enforcement system, Interior Minister Arsen Avakov set an ambitious and very important goal for the country and every citizen - to create a new police force that will operate exclusively on the principle of "Serve and protect!". It is important that the vector of scientific activity of our University is aimed at achieving this goal! Analyzing the most successful world models and taking into account the Ukrainian context, historical features, we are building our own original law enforcement system, which, I am sure, will be chosen as a model by other countries!

With all my heart I wish us strength and inspiration for further achievements and new outstanding achievements in the scientific field!
