The head of the Department of Legal Support of Economic Activity Olha Hetmanets and associate professor of the same department Iryna Siadrysta together with the chief specialist of the department for considering appeals and ensuring the activities of the collegium for considering complaints against decisions, actions, or inaction of the state registrar, subjects of state registration of the Office of State Registration of the Eastern Interregional Directorate of the Ministry of Justice (Kharkiv) Denys Dudnik conducted a binary lesson on "State registration of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and public formations" for the students of the faculty №6.

In order to improve the practical training of future specialists, the issues of implementation of the state policy in the field of state registration of rights to real estate and their encumbrances, as well as the state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs were considered. The presentation of the material was accompanied by a discussion of specific examples and answers to questions.
