Last year, the United Nations Independent Expert on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity, Victor Madrigal-Borloz, visited Ukraine. He assessed the implementation of existing national and international human rights standards for combating violence and discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. In an online panel discussion organized by HRMMU, Mr. Madrigal-Borloz will present information about his visit.

During the online meeting, Mr. Madrigal-Borloz will present key findings and recommendations from his report, followed by speeches and comments by panelists from State bodies and civil society. Together with the panelists, he will be available to respond to your questions.
