In this briefing, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice of Ukraine, Olha Stefanishyna, will outline Ukraine's strategic roadmap to secure victory in the war while progressing toward EU and NATO membership. Discussion topics will include Ukraine's achievements and challenges—such as maintaining democratic reforms and undertaking structural transformations essential for EU accession. Stefanishyna will also address Ukraine’s defence enhancements and its contributions to European security through NATO cooperation, highlighting Southern Europe’s crucial role in supporting Ukraine's victory and integration via partnerships in defence, reconstruction and economic resilience. The briefing will emphasise the importance of Ukraine’s dual integration with the EU and NATO for Europe's security architecture and provide updates on Ukraine's current security situation, Russian escalatory tactics, and key elements of President Zelenskyy’s Victory Plan.
