ORGANIZED BY: Swedish OSCE Chairpersonship with the support of the Action against Terrorism Unit of the OSCE Transnational Threats Department
The Swedish OSCE Chairpersonship will hold the OSCE-wide Counter-Terrorism Conference 2021 “Reinforcing a Comprehensive Approach in Preventing and Countering Terrorism and Violent Extremism and Radicalization that Lead to Terrorism (VERLT) in a Changing Landscape”, virtually, on 20-21 April 2021. The Conference is organized with the support of the OSCE Transnational Threat Department’s Action against Terrorism Unit, and in close cooperation with other OSCE executive structures within their respective mandates.

The Conference will be divided into the following sessions:
Session I: Addressing the Root Causes of Violent Extremism and Radicalization that Lead to Terrorism
Session II: Tools for Preventing Terrorism and VERLT online
Session III: Moving Away from Violent Extremism
