To promote the ideas and values of human rights in schools, uphold the principle of gender equality and non-discrimination in education, the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine in co-operation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine plans to conduct an advanced training for 25 selected educators.  Participants of the training will have the opportunity to improve their knowledge of human rights protection mechanisms, deepen understanding of how the principles of equality and non-discrimination can be ensured in practice, develop gender competences.

The event envisages:

  • intensive three-day training on human rights, gender equality and non-discrimination in education;
  • highly-qualified trainers;
  • interactive and adult education training methods;
  • new knowledge and methodological skills through practical individual and team work;
  • access to information resources that will help the participants advance professionally in the sphere of human rights;
  • thrill of the opportunity to absorb new influences, meet like-minded people;
  • certificate of training completion recognized as part of the professional retraining.
