Project description:
The target groups of the project will be carried out by youth workers from Turkey, Albania, Czech Republic, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Spain and Ukraine are youth workers, individuals with physical and mental disabilities and young people with fewer opportunities. Participants who will receive training within the scope of the project and disseminate the project outputs will be selected from among the youth workers who actively work in our partner organizations. Participants who have experience in the field, have worked with disabled individuals or have disabled individuals in their target groups will be included in our project.

Objectives:
- to offer disabled and disadvantaged individuals equal opportunities within youth work,
- to ensure that disabled and disadvantaged young people are aware of and benefit from youth opportunities,
- to create strategies to increase the adaptation of disabled people to social life,
- to integrate good practices in the field of youth with practices to be carried out with disabled people,
- to include individuals with fewer opportunities in youth work to the maximum extent,
- to provide youth workers with the knowledge and skills they will need when working with disabled individuals,
- to prepare projects for the needs of the disabled and to include disabled people at all stages of the projects
- to produce innovative and inclusive methods for the disabled,
- to diversify and use non-formal education methods with disabled young people.
