CRITICAL WORKERS is a youth exchange that aims at empowering young people with competences and practical tools to prevent mobbing phenomena in their professional environment.
During 7 days program 36 participants from Portugal, Ukraine, Czechia, Croatia, Spain and Poland will be involved in activities based on non formal education methods such as discussions, group tasks, interactive role-play simulations, presentations and creative workshops.
The participants will be given a chance to prepare presentations and share their experiences.
PARTICIPANTS PROFILE
- Age: 21-30, already having their first work experience or planning to enter the job market in the nearest future
- Able to communicate in English B1/B2 level required
- Open-minded and engaged in the project activities, actively participating in discussions and willing to gain new competences
