The OSCE Project Co-ordinator is organizing the Conference “Zoom in on Dialogue: Does the Technology Work in the New Reality and Turbulence?” to analyze the impact of the last two years on the implementation of dialogue initiatives in Ukraine, discuss barriers and opportunities for development of this area, update the demand of various actors for dialogue tools at the national and local levels. The Conference will bring together representatives of governmental and non-governmental organizations, diplomatic missions and international organizations as well as experts in the dialogue field.

The Conference is planned in a hybrid format. The face-to-face event will be based on a combination of discussion panels, facilitation and work in small groups, a fair of products created within projects of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator and partners. Participants, who will not be able to join in person, will be able to participate remotely by joining the online broadcast and posing questions in a chat.If you would like to participate in the Conference, fill in the Application form at the link by 13 December 2021. As the number of places at the Conference is limited, we do not guarantee participation of all applicants. If your participation is confirmed, you will receive an email with agenda and logistic information.

The event will be held in compliance with the COVID-19 pandemic requirements. Participants will be required to present a vaccination certificate or a negative PCR or antigen COVID-19 test result conducted no more than 72 hours before the event. Participants will have the opportunity to take an antigen COVID-19 test before the event.
