
The 2nd year cadets of the Faculty № 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Ivan Shysh and Vladyslav Tkachenko, returning home after studying, saw a young boy unaccompanied by adults. They asked the child where he was from and if he had any family nearby. The boy was frightened and could not explain where he lived or where his mother was, so the cadets immediately called the police by calling 102.

Olena Yushkevych, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Faculty № 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, together with the cadets of the curatorial group took an online course "Information Hygiene in Time of War."

The Ukrainian Association of European Studies has launched a program dedicated to anti-discrimination and equality policies in higher education. The Open Ukrainian Bodybuilding Championship UBPF 2024 took place in Kyiv, in which the 3rd year cadet of the Faculty No. 1 of KhNUIA Yevheniia Kaliuzhna took part. According to the results of the competition, Yevheniia took the second place in the nomination "FITMODEL (BIKINI) JUNIORS" under 23 years old, as well as the V place in the nominations "FITMODEL WOMEN" in the height category up to 168 cm and "FITMODEL (BIKINI) NOVICE".

Investigator of the Investigation Department for Investigation of Crimes Committed in the Conditions of Armed Conflict of the Investigation Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Kharkiv Region, Senior Police Lieutenant Oleksandr Kuprikov, together with Senior Lecturer of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty No. 1 Kostiantyn Shevelev, conducted a binary online class.

In their free time, first-year cadets of the Faculty № 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs continue their volunteer activities by weaving camouflage nets for the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The importance of nets can hardly be overestimated in wartime, as they reduce the risks of our defenders coming under fire, masking equipment, warehouses and even positions.

The World Muay Thai Boxing Championships among adults took place in Patras (Hellenic Republic), in which representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part as part of the national team.

Inspector of the Juvenile Prevention Section of the Prevention Department of Sumy District Police Department of the National Police in Sumy Region, Police Lieutenant Daniil Mykhailyk, together with the Head of the Department of Humanities of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Valentyna Vasylenko and Associate Professor of the Department Tetiana Ponomarenko, conducted a binary-integrated lesson.

Svitlana Vyhaniailo, Associate Professor of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, completed a training course and received a certificate on the topic: "Proactive Educator: Exploring Artificial Intelligence".
