The International Day of Persons with Disabilities, established by the UN General Assembly in 1992, is celebrated annually on 3 December. It is not a holiday, but it is to draw attention to the problem of people with disabilities, protect their rights, dignity and well-being, it is a reminder to humanity of the duty of everyone to show care and mercy to the most vulnerable part of society – people with disabilities.
On the basis of Kremenchuk Flight College of KhNUIA the Olympiad was conducted among the applicants for higher education in the disciplines "Higher Mathematics", "Fundamentals of Higher Mathematics". The cadets of the 3rd year of the specialty "Aviation Transport", the educational program "Maintenance of storage facilities, transportation and refueling of lubricants" and the specialty "Avionics" of the educational program "Operation of aviation electrified complexes" took part in the competition.
On 3 December this year marks the 299th Anniversary of the birth of the Ukrainian philosopher, educator, humanist, theologian, poet, teacher, and many who adds: mystic – Hryhorii Skovoroda. On this occasion, the Scientific Library of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs prepared a book-illustrative exhibition “H. S. Skovoroda's educational activities and pedagogical views”.
Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs invites students of 10-11 grades of secondary schools, as well as students of vocational education institutions to take part in the olympiad “Cyber Investigator”, held by the Department of Cybersecurity of the Faculty № 6.
An online meeting of representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, faculties and the admissions committee with future graduates of secondary schools of Lozivskyi, Krasnohradskyi and Bohodukhivskyi districts of Kharkiv region was held on the Zoom platform.
Head of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Faculty № 6 Professor Volodymyr Hrechenko and Head of the Department of Fundamental and Legal Sciences of the same faculty Yurii Kholod conducted a joint binary lesson on “Origin and development of the Ukrainian Cossacks and Cossack customary law”.
For the 2nd year cadets of the Faculty № 2 in the specialty “Law Enforcement Activity” a binary lesson on the subject “Police Activity” was held on the topic “Organization of the activities of the National Police in the field of road safety”.
Volodymyr Strukov, Professor of the Department of Cybersecurity of the Faculty № 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, conducted a binary lesson on “Algorithmization and Programming” with 2nd year students majoring in “Cybersecurity” with the participation of Chief Specialist of the Department of Administration of Telecommunications and Information Systems of the Department of Informational and Analytic Support MDNP in Kharkiv region, Senior Police Lieutenant Roman Savchenko.
Head of the Research Laboratory on the Issues of Police Activity Ensuring of KhNUIA Doctor of Law, Professor Serhii Shatrava and Commissioner for Anti-Corruption Activities of the University Olha Piskunova remotely took part in the All-Ukrainian scientific and practical conference “Discussion of anti-corruption legislation” held at Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs.
Within the framework of the pilot project, which includes intensification of academic mobility between higher education institutions related to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of Faculty 1 conducted a binary lesson with the participation of OSUIA Professor Ihor Mahnovskyi.
